Rivergold’s ACADEMIC PENTATHLON award ceremony results are in! Students competed virtually in the 37th Annual Madera County Academic Pentathlon. The ACADEMIC PENTATHLON is a middle school event consisting of five subject areas: fine arts, essay, literature, science and social science. This year’s topic is THE COLD WAR. Participating schools include: Jack G. Desmond Middle School, Martin Luther King, Jr, Middle School, Mountain Home School Charter, Rivergold Elementary School, Sherman Thomas STEM Academy, Spring Valley School, and Thomas Jefferson Middle School.
